Admission and Enrollment Information

Admission and enrollment information (including details on how to apply for the programme) are available here.

Scholarships

A large number of doctoral research scholarhips are made available each year by the University of Otago. These are open to international and domestic students and pay a generous stipend and tuition expenses.

More information is available from the Research and International Office, University Registry or by visiting the scholarships web site.

NOTE: Any application for University-based funding requires a well-defined research topic. Students are advised to discuss this with an academic staff member before submitting an application. For further information on sources of research funding and scholarships, see the University of Otago Research Booklet and the University of Otago Postgraduate Prospectus.

International Students

Enrollment information and details for international students are available from the University of Otago International Enrollment pages.
